Overview
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes prohibited uses of InvoiceFold and its services. This policy is designed to protect InvoiceFold, our users, and the internet community from irresponsible or illegal activities.
Prohibited Activities
You may not use InvoiceFold for any of the following:
Illegal Activities
- Fraudulent invoicing or billing schemes
- Money laundering or financial crimes
- Tax evasion or false financial reporting
- Violations of export control laws
Harmful Content
- Invoices for illegal goods or services
- Deceptive or misleading billing practices
- Content that infringes intellectual property rights
System Abuse
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems
- Distributing malware or viruses
- Interfering with service availability
- Automated abuse or excessive API usage
Enforcement
InvoiceFold reserves the right to investigate violations of this AUP and take appropriate action, including:
- Warning the account holder
- Suspending or terminating accounts
- Reporting illegal activities to authorities
- Seeking legal remedies
Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any violations of this policy, please report them to abuse@invoicefold.com. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.
